PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator assuring higher power generation efficiency. SOLUTION: A power generator 10 includes a fixed shaft 12 at the center thereof. The fixed axis 12 is provided with a fixed iron core 14. The iron core 14 is provided with an armature coil 16. An armature 18 is formed of the iron core 12 and armature coil 16. A cylindrical body 20 is provided in such a manner that the circumference thereof rotates on the circumference of the armature 18 around the fixed shaft 12. The cylindrical body 20 is supported with the fixed shaft 12, for example, via a disc type support member 22 and an annular bearing member 24. At the internal circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 20, a permanent magnet 26 forming the field is fixed. At the external circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 20, a forward blade 28 is fixed to convert the pressure of fluid to a rotating force.
