PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate abnormal sound coming from a portable unit due to shaking of an inner case inside an outer case because the inner case 21 is housed in an outer case 25 in the conventional keyless entry device. SOLUTION: An inner case 1, a sealing rubber 8 having a projected portion 8f housed in the inner case, a printed wiring board 4 housed in the sealing rubber, and an outer case 5 housing the inner case are equipped, and the projected portion of the sealing rubber is penetrated through the inner case and elastically brought into contact with the inner wall of the outer case.
