PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the operation of a fuel cell co-generation system easily follow the load. SOLUTION: A burner 5b for heating is additionally set on a reformer 5a that reforms raw materials and fuels to hydrogen by steam reforming reaction. The raw materials and the fuel are supplied to the burner 5b and burned. Thereby, the exhaust gas in the main body 1 of the fuel cell is not used as a heating source of the fuel reformer 5a, and the supply of the raw materials and the fuels to the fuel reformer 5a and the utilization rate of the fuel in the main body 1 of the fuel cell are made variable corresponding to the power requirements and the heat requirements for the main body of the fuel cell 1. |
