PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO treatment device and a solid polymeric fuel cell power generation system, offering small and compact construction and superior energy efficiency. SOLUTION: A CO transformer 4 for transforming carbon monoxide and a CO remover 5 for removing carbon monoxide are housed in a single unit case 310 and a combustor 311 is provided at the lower part. A combustion gas passage for the combustor 311 is formed in the unit case so that combustion gas is exhausted through an exhaust port 312 at the upper part of the unit case 310.
