SOLUTION: Since the offset quantity is added to the theoretical light emitting position by preliminarily calculating the offset quantity between the theoretical light emitting position of the semiconductor light emitting element 5 and the actual position of the light emitting point of a light emitting body 7 is by recognizing the position of the alignment mark 6 formed on the semiconductor light emitting element 5 and detecting a light emitting quantity from the light emitting body 7 of the semiconductor light emitting element 5 with a measuring optical fiber, highly precise positioning between the semiconductor light emitting element 5 and the optical fiber 2 is attained compared with the method for judging the light emitting position by recognizing the alignment mark 6 on the semiconductor light emitting element 5.
