PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a thin type electronic equipment having a liquid crystal display part such as an electronic clock thinner. SOLUTION: A pair of transparent panels 5, 7 which constitutes a liquid crystal display part 3 and encapsulates liquid crystal is made to be a flexible film panels and a mounting pattern for mounting electronic parts is formed on an extension part 9 where either one of these film panels is extended, and the mounting pattern is formed simultaneously with display pattern for the display part 3. A protective frame 21 is provided at the side of the mounting pattern and the first window 23 of the protective frame protects the electronic parts by covering an area where they are mounted. A battery 27 is housed in the second window 25 of the frame and terminals 29, 31 for bringing this battery 27 and the pattern for mounting into contact and a fixing member 31 for holding the housed state are provided on the frame. |
