PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watthour meter allowing a setting switch to be set/operated from the exterior, after it is certified and sealed. SOLUTION: This electronic watthour meter measures electrical energy by inputting a voltage and a current thereinto and outputs a pulse train proportional to the electrical energy. This meter is equipped with a first setting/ operation part 18 to be set/operated prior to the certification/sealing, a second setting/operation part 19 that can be set/operated after the certification/sealing, and an external cover 22 provided with a through-hole 22a, at a position confronting the second setting/operation part for covering the first and second setting/operation parts. |
