PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify detection of the speed change of a slide door. SOLUTION: Pulses are inputted from a slide door rotation sensor and a current speed Vn is found out from the average value of pulse width values from the newest pulse up to four pulses before (S1). A preceding speed Vm is found out from the average value of pulse width values from the newest pulse up to ten pulses before and the preceding speed Vm is subtracted from the current speed Vn to find out a speed change ANS1 (S2). The current speed Vn is multiplied by a speed change weighting constant K (S3), a target speed Vo is subtracted from the current speed Vn to find out a speed difference ANS2 (S4) and then a target output ANS is calculated as the negative value of a value obtained by adding the speed difference ANS2 to K.ANS1 weighted by the speed change (S5). Then the on-time of a PWM output to a driving motor is calculated based on the target output value ANS and the drive of the slid door 4 is controlled by the calculated PWM output (S6).
