PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide relay operation in accordance with the change of a power system. SOLUTION: A protective relay system knowledge base 11 stores knowledge of experts on a protective relay system beforehand as a knowledge base. A power system data base 12 takes in information changing every moment on a power system, and stores it in the data base. A setting support inferring engine 13 infers whether or not a setting for the relay operation judgment is appropriate, on the basis of the power system information stored in the data base 12 and the knowledge base stored in the knowledge base 11. The setting 7 is changed so as to perform relay operation judgment by an appropriate value obtained by the inference. |
