PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface that can designate a position/a section in multi-stage for efficiently browsing. Editing the retrieving a multimedia stream. SOLUTION: The interface is an interface for designating a position/section in mult-stage by which a level of a stage to express a rough section designated by the user in an entire stream in detail is configured with a multi-stage so that the user can sequentially designate the section in detail to browse, edit and retrieve the multimedia stream.
