PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal device capable of limiting the use of each function in accordance with battery residual quantity. SOLUTION: This portable information terminal device having a plurality of functions, is provided with a battery for feeding power to a plurality of function processing parts realizing functions, a battery residual quantity detecting part that detects and outputs the battery residual quantity of the battery and a power supply controlling part which stops power supply to a corresponding function processing part or outputs a warning when the supply power controlling part compares respective power supply limited values preliminarily determined in each function with the battery residual quantity and the power supply limited value of each function falls below the battery residual quantity.
