SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor element module inserted and settled in a hole formed into a resin flange is tightly held with adhesives, etc., the resin flange and the conductive enclosure are tightly held by screws, etc., to thereby connect and fix the optical semiconductor element module to the conductive enclosure through the resin flange.</p> |
