PURPOSE: A system remote initializing device by using serial communication is provided to transmit a reset request message to the system required initialization, thereby capable of performing remotely the system's initialization. CONSTITUTION: A data sensor(10) senses the transmitted serial data. A data array device(11) converts the transmitted serial data into parallel data and outputs an array signal whenever one byte data is received. A comparing controller(12) outputs an output request signal whenever an array signal of the data array device is inputted, if a data sensing signal is inputted from the data sensor, and outputs a comparing finish signal and an address reset signal when the input of the data sensing signal is finished. A comparing data storage unit(13) outputs a stored initialization message according to the output request signal outputted from the comparing controller. A comparator(14) outputs a count ascending signal when the output data of the data array device and the initialization message data are outputted from the comparing data storage unit. A timer(15) increases the counted value according to the count increasing signal of the comparator and outputs a time out signal when the increased counted value is reached to a critical value. A reset signal generator(16) outputs a reset signal according to the time out signal outputted from the timer.
