PURPOSE: A call receiving denial method of a mobile terminal is provided to prevent an unnecessary reception of a telephone, thereby capable of reducing battery consumption. CONSTITUTION: When power is turned on, a step is to display an initial menu(200). When there is a command of a reception limit function setting through a key input unit from a user when display the initial menu, a step is to block the driving power supplied to the reception unit of the mobile terminal(204,206). When there is a command of a reception limit function cancel through a key input unit from a user in the state of the reception limit function setting, a step is to supply driving power to a reception unit of the mobile terminal(208,210).
