PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting LCD assembly rotation of an image telephone is provided to reduce a noise generated during a switching operation and to prevent expose of a harness into the outside by rotating LCD assembly using a rotation shaft and a rotation guide part. CONSTITUTION: LCD assembly includes LCD, a front cover, a back cover, and many rotation shafts projected inner. U-shaped rotation guide part covers the rotation shaft to adjust a rotation of the LCD assembly centering on a rotation shaft of the LCD assembly, and is fixed to an image telephone body. L-shaped rubber(202) is connected to the rotation guide part at upper end of the body, a rubber insertion groove(201) is projected, so that the rubber transmits a predetermined frictional force on a lower curved surface of the rotation shaft.
