PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric separated sensor, which can be easily assembled and has a lens-barrel supported so as to enable smooth optical axis adjusting work. SOLUTION: A photoelectric separated sensor 100 is provided with a lens- barrel 22 and a supporting means for supporting the lens-barrel 22 so as to rotationally drive it for adjusting an optical axis, the supporting means is provided with a frame 24 and an arm 25 for supporting the frame 24, each of lens-barrel 22 and frame 24 is provided with protruding buttons 40 and 40, which can be made retractable by a spring 41, composed of an upper part 40a and a lower part 40b thicker than the upper part, the frame 24 is provided with engage holes 38a, and 38b for engaging the protruding buttons 40 and 40 of the lens-barrel 22 in the state of inscribing the upper parts thereof, and the arm 25 is provided with engage holes 26a and 26b, for engaging the protruding buttons 40 and 40 of the frame 24 in the state of inscribing the upper parts thereof.
