PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film support and feed device which doesn't require an independent driving source related to film suction and is superior in space efficiency and cost efficiency and can suck a film for a long time. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a pressing plate which is placed at the rear of the exposure face of a film, a film feed mechanism which moves the film in the front of the pressing plate, a film suction mechanism which sucks the film to bring it into close contact with the pressing plate and holds the film exposure face on a plane, a forward/backward rotating motor, and a motor interlocking switching mechanism which interlocks the film feed mechanism and the film suction mechanism by switching in accordance with forward rotation and backward rotation of this motor, and film feed is executed by forward rotation of the forward/backward rotating motor, and film suction operation is executed by backward rotation.
