PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device that prevents sludge from adhering to the pipeline of a capillary tube. SOLUTION: A refrigerating device 100 that connects a compressor 1, an evaporator 4, a capillary tube 3, and a condenser 2 by piping 5, and composes a refrigerating cycle is equipped with an open/close means 15 that is provided in the middle part of the piping 5 between the capillary tube 3 and the condenser 2, a heating means 10 that heats the capillary tube 3, and a control means 14 that entirely closes the open/close means 15 when the compressor 1 is to be stopped, at the same time, heats the capillary tube 3 for fixed time by the heating means 10, and stops the compressor 1.
