PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive coil spring from dropping out of the inside of a coil spring-supporting hole. SOLUTION: The supporting hole 2 to which the conductive coil spring 1 is inserted thereby being fitted is formed to a holder 3. A wall-shaped projection 6 extending in the axial direction is set to a large diameter hole part 2a which receives a pitch winding part 1a of the conductive coil spring. A part of a increased-diameter winding part 1d set to the side opposite to an electrode part 1b of the conductive coil spring is brought in to contact with the wall- shaped projection 6 when the conductive coil spring is inserted. The contacted part is heated thereby fusing the supporting hole to the part of the increased diameter winding part 1d. Even if an impact or the like vibration is generated when a process of inserting thereby fitting the conductive coil spring into the coil spring-supporting hole of the holder shifts to a process of soldering the conductive coil spring and a substrate, the conductive coil spring can be prevented from dropping due to the vibration because the conductive coil spring is partly secured to the coil spring-supporting hole.
