PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which an image signal from an area image sensor measuring the exposure level of an image or a focus of an image is read and transferred to electronics. SOLUTION: The image detection system, that detects an optical signal includes a 1st photosensitive element 410, a 2nd photosensitive element 420, a charge collection element 450, a 1st switch 430 connected electronically to the 1st photosensitive element 410 and the charge collection element 450, and a 2nd switch 440 connected electronically to the 2nd photosensitive element 410 and the charge collection element 450.
