PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a vibrating type compressor, and to increase the efficiency. SOLUTION: In this vibrating type compressor of a structure having a compressor body 3 built in a sealed vessel 2 arranged by being vibratingly supported in a mechanical vibration system by a yoke 71, a magnetic path member 7 formed of a columnar core pole 7-2, a permanent magnet 12 arranged in the magnetic path and annular magnetic clearance 13 between the magnetic path member 7 to be wound on a lead plate, an electromagnetic coil 14 of a structure connected with the terminal, a piston 16 connected to the electromagnetic coil 14 and a cylinder block 8 for blocking up the yoke 7-1 and forming a cylinder part 17 for housing the piston 16 inside, the permanent magnet 12 is composed of a neodymium magnet or a rare earth magnet, and is formed as a structure arranged on the core pole 7-2 side.
