PURPOSE: An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system is provided to simplify an EGR route while improve an EGR responsibility. CONSTITUTION: A plunger(21) of an actuator(20) is operated for lowering a spring(22) and a rod bar(25). A bell check(23) is rotated to a counterclockwise for a slider flag(44) to push a locker arm(41). Then, the arm operates a valve(50). In case of blocked state of power, the plunger is returned for vertically moving an outer arm toward a camshaft(31). An inner arm is operated to normally operate the valve. Herein, an engine ECU(Electronic Control Unit) stores EGR map. Herein, valve lift amount is decided according to the EGR map. Herein, the amount is adjusted by voltage size applied to the plunger. The outer arm opens an intake valve by operation of the plunger. Herein, exhaust gas is counter flowed to an intake port. By returning the plunger, the inner arm opens the intake valve by the spring. Then, the exhaust gas remaining in the intake port is inputted to a cylinder for lowering combustion chamber temperature and air amount.
