PURPOSE: A slip arc device for detecting signals is provided to form many channels on an insulating disc of limited size and to enhance durability by arranging many slip arcs in radial and circumferential directions. CONSTITUTION: In a slip arc plate of a slip arc device, a link(11) is rotatably fixed to the center of an insulating disc(10) and a slip arc line is circumferentially arranged in three lines with many slip arcs(12). Each slip arc is formed in the same thickness and different length and an arc angle of the slip arc corresponds to a maximum rotating angle of the link. A brush holder is arranged near the slip arc plate. In the brush holder, a link is fixed to the center of the insulating disc and a brush line is circumferentially arranged in three lines with many brushes. Each brush is contacted with each slip arc one by one. In the structure, many channels are formed on the insulating disc of limited size.
