PURPOSE: A sunvisor mounting structure is provided to appropriately adjust rotary operational force of a sunvisor by controlling tension of a spring, thereby preventing shaking of the sunvisor and noise according to the shaking. CONSTITUTION: In a sunvisor mounting structure elastically fixing a pivot arm(10) coupled to a sunvisor(1) at a pivot cover(20) coupled to a loop panel(3) via a spring(30), the sunvisor mounting structure includes a spring cover(40) fixed at the upper end of the pivot arm to be movably up and down coupled with the pivot cover with supporting the upper end of the spring, wherein a coupling piece(41) is formed at the center part of the spring cover to be coupled with a circular coupling groove(11) formed at the upper end of the pivot arm, an adjust bolt(23) installed at the pivot cover to be coupled with an outline end part of the spring cover, and a nut(25) and a nut groove(43) formed at the outline end part of the spring cover for coupling the adjust bolt.
