PURPOSE: A vehicle diesel engine controlling method is provided to compensate fuel injection amount and fuel injection time in case of combustion chamber temperature or exhaust gas temperature over a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION: An engine RPM(Revolutions Per Minute), an opening degree of an accelerating pedal, an intake air pressure, an intake air temperature, and a combustion chamber temperature of a traveling vehicle are detected(S100). Then, an established exhaust gas temperature is subtracted from the exhaust gas temperature and the combustion chamber temperature(S110). In case of the subtracted value over zero, an alarming signal is outputted for compensating fuel injection amount and fuel injection time(S130). Then, a control signal corresponding to the compensated fuel injection amount and fuel injection time. In case of the subtracted value less than zero, a normal fuel injection signal is outputted(S160s).
