PURPOSE: An emergency brake apparatus for an unmanned automobile is provided to brake the running unmanned automobile by applying pedal pressure to a brake pedal with mechanical operation when a state of emergency is generated, thereby preventing an accident. CONSTITUTION: An emergency brake apparatus for an unmanned automobile includes a housing(3) extended over between an indoor bottom(5) and a seat(7) not to be pushed to the rear and having a hollow part(1) in the inside, and a guide hole(9) formed at the upper surface in longitudinal direction to be coupled with the hollow part, a forward driving motor(11) supported at the hollow part in the rear part and forming a screw rotary shaft(13), a thrust bearing(15) rotatably supporting a front end of the rotary shaft of the forward driving motor in axial direction, a push rod(17) coupled to the rotary shaft of the forward driving motor by a screw and connected to a brake pedal(21) via the guide hole of the housing, and a power supply control element supplying and isolating power supply to the forward driving motor.
