PURPOSE: An intermittent sound removing method of digital audio is provided to arrest an unpleasant intermittent sound by controlling a point of time of attenuation compensation of data monitoring whether audio data corresponds to a designated level after attenuation compensation command. CONSTITUTION: An audio data is output in case that there is not an attenuation compensation command confirming whether there is the attenuation compensation command after receiving audio data in the first stage. It is judged as to whether the audio data corresponds to a designated level monitoring the audio data in case that there is the attenuation compensation command in the second stage. The audio data is output adjusting an audio level in case that the audio data corresponds to a designated level, otherwise it is feedback to the second stage in the third stage.
