STRUCTURE OF HEATING FLOOR IN APARTMENT HOUSE HAVING AUXILIARY HEATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A structure of a heating floor in an apartment house is provided to perform partial heating through arranging an auxiliary heating device on the floor. CONSTITUTION: A heating floor in an apartment house is formed by burying hot water circulating pipes(2) in a mortar floor layer(1). Herein, an electric heating unit(10) is buried in a specific portion of the mortar floor layer. Thus, the electric heating unit is selectively operated by a user to perform a partial heating. Herein, the electric heating unit is formed by an electric heating plate(16) directly generating heat by an electric operation, and a radiating plate(17) on the electric heating plate for emitting heat to outside through receiving heat from the electric heating plate. The electric heating plate is connected to an electric wiring box(16b) having wires(16a) buried in a concrete slab(3) and a wall(5). Moreover, the electric heating plate is connected to a temperature controller(16c) fixed on the wall for controlling temperature.
