Fastener for liquid container comprises neck and obturator which pivots between orifice sealing and open positions

The fastener comprises a neck (2) and an obturator (3) able to pivot about a transverse median axis (12) in the neck orifice. A stop engages the obturator to prevent it from pivoting beyond it first obturating position. When the obturator pivots to disengage a part of the orifice the first half of the obturator tips to the outside of the orifice whilst its second half tips to the inside of the orifice and disengages a passage which allows air to enter into the liquid container (4).
