<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily recognize intentional power supply or careless power supply and to prevent useless power consumption due to careless power supply not by preventing false power supply in a bag or the like by a mechanical procedure but by monitoring a power supply on-state based on the continuous depression of a power supply switch. SOLUTION: Whether fixed time for turning on a liquid crystal display(LCD) part 7 has elapsed or not when a power supply switch PS is depressed is monitored, and when the switch PS is released before the lapse of the fixed time, a CPU 1 recognizes that power is carelessly supplied. Also when the switch PS is continuously depressed and the lapse of the fixed time is detected after a liquid crystal display is turned on, the CPU 1 recognizes careless power supply. When the switch PS is released before the lapse of the fixed time after turning on the LCD, intentional power supply is recognized.</p> |
