PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the energy efficiency of a fuel cell system by eliminating heat to obtain steam, when moisturizing a reformed gas supplied to a hydrogen pole of a solid polymeric fuel cell and the air supplied to an oxygen pole approximately to a saturated state of steam. SOLUTION: The steam included in the hydrogen pole exhaust gas from the hydrogen pole of the fuel cell (1) is passed through a steam permeable membrane (34), and supplied to the air introduced to a partial oxidation reforming part (6). The steam included in the oxygen pole exhaust gas from the oxygen pole is passed through the steam permeable membrane (34), and supplied to the air introduced to the oxygen pole of the cell (1). |
