PURPOSE: An injector hole variable controller of an internal combustion engine and a control method thereof are provided to reduce noise and friction by controlling the number of injection holes of an injector. CONSTITUTION: An injector hole variably control device is installed on a front end of a nozzle body for controlling number of an opened injector hole(12) by operation of a valve tube. The hole variably control device is combined to a housing assembled to the nozzle body of the injector by using a screw unit. Plural guide plates(18) are installed for performing an opening tool of the housing. A triangular shaped valve plate(10) is assembled for opening and closing. A guide hole(24) is formed on a cover plate. An elastic member(28) is installed on the cover plate. Moreover, a solenoid valve(8) operated by electric signals of an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(30) is at an opposite side of the elastic member.
