PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simple and easy handling by achieving highly efficient cooling when exchanging a fan unit, and achieving intermittently reliable, highly accurate thermal control. SOLUTION: An air-control member 15 for blocking the communication with an air chamber 13 of a plurality of fan units 14 for thermally controlling an electronic circuit unit 12 by forcibly circulating air in an equipment enclosure 10 is provided, and the fan units 14 can be removed are inserted while the air-control member 15 is fitted to the communicating part with the air chamber 13.
