PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially enhance workability of fixing an iron core of a thin electromagnetic steel sheet with adhered film which can also be used even in a pressing apparatus of which blanking stroke is short. SOLUTION: To substantially enhance the workability of iron core fixing by unifying an iron core by the following process: firstly blanking in more than two stages an electromagnetic steel sheet which is coated with an insulating film on its surface into a shape of unit iron core partially connected to the steel sheet, separating a connection portion and sequentially laminating the unit iron cores into a plurality of laminating parts after moving the blanked electromagnetic steel sheet in the connected state with the supplied members, then heating and pressing them.
