PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device capable of emitting a plurality of laser beams having different wavelengths and bringing the optical axes into coincidence with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The blue laser beam of a blue semiconductor laser element 9 is emitted from the front face of the flue semiconductor element 9. The red laser beam of a red semiconductor laser element 10 is emitted from the front face of the flue semiconductor element 9 through the waveguide 9a of the element 9. The red beam of the element 1 is emitted from the front face of the element 9 by passing though the waveguide 10a of the element 10 and passing the waveguide 9a of the element 9. Thus, the element 9, the element 10 and the element 11 are disposed so that the optical axes of the elements 9, 10 and 11 coincide.
