PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress spurious signals due to higher harmonics. SOLUTION: A conductor which is connected to an antenna input/output terminal is led out as a stub up to the surface where an external conductor is formed, and then surrounded with the external conductor while insulated from the external conductor, and spurious signals are attenuated by adjusting the shape and size of the stub.
