PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an input signal terminator which can reduce an influence on an internal circuit caused by an oscillation of a consonant frequency without providing a plurality of bonding wires supplying a bias voltage. SOLUTION: A result where a bias voltage which is inputted to a bonding pad 13 is impressed to a signal voltage which is obtained by an input signal flowing through the bonding pad 5 via a terminal resistor 14, is inputted to an internal circuit 20 where the input signal is processed. In this case, as the bias voltage is supplied via a direct current generating circuit 31 having a high impedance, a Q factor of an LCR consonant oscillation circuit comprised of the high impedance, and a capacity as a parasitic element of the bonding pad 13 and an inductance as a parasitic element of the bonding wire 12, can be reduced based upon the high impedance.
