PURPOSE: A twist angle measurer of a wiper arm for a vehicle is provided to measure a twist angle of the wiper arm and to decide rotation characteristic of a blade wiping on a front glass by the wiper arm. CONSTITUTION: A twist angle measurer of a wiper arm comprises a connect ring inserting an end of the wiper arm; a vacuum pad(24) fixed on a window glass(16) on a lower face of the connect ring; a plate(22) attaching the vacuum pad; an angle measurer having a rotation angle detector(18) while forming placing face(18) on an upper face to lift a lower middle portion of the plate; an indicator(30) indicating the angle with a graduation by analyzing the detected signal by being connected to the rotation angle detector; and a ball joint fixing the vacuum pad the lower face of the plate. Thereby, the twist angle measurer of the wiper arm correctly measures the twist generated in the end of the wiper arm.
