PURPOSE: A voltage regulation circuit having a stable operation characteristic is provided to offer a stable source voltage by making up the voltage regulation circuit with basic elements. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generation part(100) generates a reference voltage. At this time, the reference voltage is a half of an output voltage of a voltage regulation circuit. An operational amplifier(122) compares the reference voltage with a voltage of an output terminal(OUT). At this time, the voltage of the output terminal(OUT) is the result of division of a voltage divider(121). Because a PMOS FET transistor(P1) is driven according to an output of the operational amplifier(122), a stable voltage is outputted through the output terminal(OUT).
