PURPOSE: A traveling scaffolding apparatus for vertical simultaneous excavation and an excavation process are provided to reduce work processes according to the excavation of a tunnel by inputting manpower and equipment effectively when excavating the tunnel and to reduce construction costs according to the excavation of the tunnel maximally. CONSTITUTION: A traveling scaffolding apparatus for vertical simultaneous excavation comprises a main frame(11), many support frames(12a,12b,12c,12d) having different length vertically combined to the inner and both sides of the main frame, a wheel(13) combined to the lower part of the main frame to control the traveling scaffolding apparatus, an inclined scaffolding frame(14) combined to the top end of the support frames keeping a regular angle of inclination to input equipment and manpower to the top end of an excavated tunnel, an assembly scaffolding frame(15) combined to one side of the inclined scaffolding frame to place over the top end of an excavated tunnel and provided with a primary leg(15a) at the end, an auxiliary inclined scaffolding frame(14a) combined to the other side of the inclined scaffolding frame, a secondary leg(16) vertically erected between the inclined scaffolding frame and the auxiliary inclined scaffolding frame and operated by built-in oil pressure, an oil hydraulic cylinder(17) installed to the primary support frame(12a) and a rotary scaffolding frame and operated by oil pressure to move the rotary scaffolding frame, an oil hydraulic unit(18) and a jacket unit(19) combined to the lower end of the primary support frame and the rear support frame, adhered closely to the ground, operated by oil pressure to withstand the loads, and vertically transferred when passing the equipment and manpower through the inclined scaffolding frame.
