PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make another processor succeed processing itself under the execution of a fault processor module concerning a communication control unit composed of a plurality of processor modules. SOLUTION: Each of processor modules is provided with a local memory for generating control information, transmitting means for transmitting the generated control information to the other processor module, receiving means for receiving control information generated by the other processor module different from the relevant other processor module, and recording means for storing the received control information in the local memory.
