PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a valve device in a compact size. SOLUTION: In the valve device faced into a common operating hole 9 wherein a valve body 1 and a pipe 2 connected to the valve body are buried in the ground, a valve rod 3 of the valve body and an operating rod 4 for freely operating the valve rod from the ground side are interlocked with each other through a speed reducing gear device 5, a radiating valve 6 for freely radiating an internal pipe fluid to the ground side and a radiating pipe for communicating the radiating valve 6 with a pipe are disposed, and the operating part 8 of the operating shaft 8 and the radiating valve are opened to the ground side; the speed reducing gear device is disposed in the vicinity of the valve body.
