SOLUTION: The optical disk 1 has the ink receptive layer 7 allowing writing by printing or writing implements, etc. The front surface of the ink receptive layer 7 is formed by numerous recessed parts 11...11 and projecting parts 12...12 to a rough surface. This rough surface is set at <=20 in the value obtained by dividing the average spacing Sm value of the recessed parts 11 and the projecting parts 12 by a ten point average roughness Rz value. |
