PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medium from being exchanged by judging the end of the medium even through there is remaining medium. SOLUTION: This device has a first medium storage part for storing a first medium to become the object of printing, second medium storage part for storing a second medium for holding printing materials, printing means for performing printing while sticking the printing materials of the second medium fed out of the second medium storage part onto the first medium fed out of the first medium storage part, medium use calculating processing means for calculating the use of the medium concerning at least one of first and second media and medium end deciding processing means for deciding the medium end on the basis of the use of the medium and the allowable value of the use of the medium. Since the medium end is decided on the basis of the use of the medium and the allowable value of the use of the medium, the medium end is not decided and the medium is not exchanged in spite of the remaining medium. |
