PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit for driving magnetron which prevents the occurrence of moding and enables oscillation of high-quality microwave with little noise. SOLUTION: A full-bridge inverter circuit 6 is controlled on driving by an inverter control part 10. Alternate current with variable pulse width is supplied to a high-voltage transformer 7 and high voltage is applied to an electrode of a magnetron 3 through full-wave double-voltage rectifying circuit 9, and, alternate current with all-time constant pulse width is supplied to a transformer 8 for heating cathode. Thus, always constant power is supplied to cathode of the magnetron 3, and the moding is prevented from occurring, since the temperature of the cathode is made stable. |
