PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical differential sense amplifier which can generate an end signal that never causes the malfunction of a logic circuit of the next stage, can reduce the power consumption in a circuit stationary mode and never mulfunctions even by the coupling noise and to provide a dynamic logic circuit which uses the sense amplifier. SOLUTION: This amplifier circuit is provided with NMOS transistor(TR) NT105 and NT106 which initialize the potentials of logical output terminals TH and THX of a sense amplifier AMP101 at 0 V in a cassation phase, the NMOS TR NT103 and NT104 which secure the functional connection between the terminals TH and THX and the logical input terminals TF and TFX, respectively, and a dynamic NOR circuit D-NOR which makes the TR NT103 and NT104 conductive in the cessation phase and fixes the logical potentials of logical output and H-X at (0, 1) or (1, 0) in response to the difference of conduction resistance between the logical input F and F-X in a working phase.
