DIGITAL BROADCAST RECEIVER AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional digital broadcast receiver that requires a communication time and a wait time of data transmission until the next image is displayed because the conventional television receiver receives transmitted data on each occasion, analyzes the data and displays the data on its screen. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver of this invention places priority onto video images for communication times that are possibly viewed by a viewer next and video images for wait times until data are transmitted and stores them to a storage device of the television receiver in advance in order to solve the task above so that the television receiver can efficiently display succeeding video images without the need for awaiting transmission of data desirably to be received.
