PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating device by which a body to be heated such as a recording material is smoothly fed by eliminating the sagging of film and also an image forming device which is provided with the heating device as an image heating means or a fixing means and by which an image having an excellent quality is formed. SOLUTION: In the heating device having the film 2, a heating body 3 to heat the body to be heated through the film 2 and a pressing body 4 to press the body to be heated and guided to a nip part N to the heating body 3 through the film 2 by forming the nip part N with the heating body, the aperture part of the nip part N on an upstream side in the feeding direction of the body to be heated is made to be narrower at least at one part of a longitudinal nip part than at the longitudinal center of the nip part.
