PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured value transmitter with a measuring module economically incorporable in one body and enabling a high resolution. SOLUTION: An optical angle and/or distance measuring module (1) for measuring own position to a calibrating means (3) comprises an optical detecting means (44), means (45-47) for forming the image of a part of the calibrating means (3) on the detecting means (44), and a beam splitter (43) for illuminating the calibrating means (4) with an incident light 81 and illuminating the detecting means (44) with a light from the calibrating means (3), and the module 1 may comprise a first module element (10) including the detecting means (44) and a second module element (11) including means for enabling the slide type relative motion to the calibrating means (3).
