PURPOSE: A method for managing personal information data and schedule management data in a mobile communication terminal is provided to allow a terminal and a personal information management server to manage the data at the same time, and make data of the terminal and the server mutually updated and added. CONSTITUTION: A user authentication procedure is performed(301). A list of data stored in the terminal is transmitted to the server(302,303). The transmitted data list is compared with a list of data stored in advance, and thereby it is determined whether the data have to be modified or added(304). If server data have to be modified or added, a list of the server data is sent from the terminal to the server so that the data stored in the server can be modified or added(305,306). If terminal data should be modified or added, a list of the terminal data is transmitted from the server to the terminal, and then the data stored in the terminal are modified or added(307). |
